Browse products on our website, or send your desired design via LINE, email, or phone to inquire about details and pricing. Pay a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due upon delivery (bank transfer only). Production takes approximately 45–60 days as every piece is handmade to order. After deposit payment, design and size changes cannot be made.

We deliver nationwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on actual distance and can be inquired in advance. Every piece is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you cannot receive the item in person, please record a video while unboxing so our team can quickly address any issues.

Clean with a damp cloth and immediately dry with a dry cloth. Do not use corrosive chemicals, thinner, or alcohol directly. Wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining. Teak furniture is sun-resistant, but avoid prolonged direct sunlight (except outdoor models) to preserve the wood color. Always lift when moving — never drag, as it may damage the structure. Apply wood maintenance oil every 6–12 months.

Customers can inspect products at the delivery point immediately. If you find manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please inform our team before confirming receipt. Once the customer has inspected and confirmed receipt, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

For returning customers who purchased furniture from us, you can send items back for sanding and refinishing. Service fees are based on size and condition. Send photos to our team for a price estimate via LINE, email, or phone. Customers must ship items to and pick up from our workshop (service available only for Treeshape products).

We produce custom furniture to your specifications — tables, cabinets, shelves, counters, and built-ins. No minimum order quantity. Send your sketches or reference images for our craftsmen to estimate pricing and production time. Custom production takes approximately 45–60 days depending on complexity.
