Choose the model and size on its product page, then message us on LINE or Facebook with the product code shown there. We confirm the price, the shipping cost and the delivery date first; you pay, and we begin. We sell our own standard designs only — every price and size is already on the product page, so there is no quote to ask for.

We ship nationwide through courier companies and do not install on site. Small pieces that travel by parcel courier ship free, with no minimum. Larger furniture needs an oversized-freight service, so its shipping is quoted by destination and we always tell you the amount before the order is final — you see the full total before you pay. Everything is packed carefully against damage in transit. If you cannot receive the delivery yourself, please film or photograph the unboxing so we can check it and sort out any problem quickly.

Clean with a damp cloth and immediately dry with a dry cloth. Do not use corrosive chemicals, thinner, or alcohol directly. Wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining. Teak furniture is sun-resistant, but avoid prolonged direct sunlight (except outdoor models) to preserve the wood color. Always lift when moving — never drag, as it may damage the structure. Apply wood maintenance oil every 6–12 months.

When your order arrives, please film the unboxing and check the piece straight away. If you find transit damage or a fault from our workshop, tell us within 3 days of delivery and send the video and photos — we will repair it or make it again at our cost. Outside that, we do not accept returns, because every piece is made only after you order it.

If you would rather see the wood and the workmanship before deciding, come to the shop during opening hours. Messaging ahead is best: some models are in the production queue and may not be on the floor that day. In person we can answer anything about sizes, the timber and how to care for it.

We work from reclaimed teak chosen board by board, through the same team of craftsmen who have worked wood together for more than ten years. Every piece is cut, joined and sanded by hand in our own workshop — nothing is outsourced. We deliberately make a small set of our own standard designs instead of taking on anything and everything, because repeating a design is what keeps the quality steady and the price honest.
