What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form on this site. Nothing is collected in the background.

• Name — so we address you correctly when we reply
• Email — the channel we reply on
• Your message — the details or question you sent us
• If you reach us by phone, LINE or Facebook instead, we may record your number or account name in the same system so the enquiry can be followed through

What we do not collect

This site does not track you as an individual, and collects nothing for advertising.

• No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels
• No IP address of yours is stored, and nothing here follows you to other sites
• No customer accounts, so we never hold a password of yours
• The Thai/English choice lives in the URL (/th, /en), not in a cookie

Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people reach the site and which pages they read, so we can improve it. The figures are aggregate and tied to no individual, no cookies are involved, and a visitor is identified by a hash built from each request that is discarded within 24 hours.

What we use it for

Only to reply, quote and follow through on the enquiry you sent us. We do not send marketing email or newsletters to addresses given through this form, and we never sell, trade or pass your details to anyone for marketing.

Service providers involved

We do not run our own servers, so these providers process data on our behalf as far as running the site requires, and some of them store it on servers outside Thailand.

• Vercel — website hosting, and anonymous visitor statistics
• Supabase — the database holding messages sent through the form
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for the site's image files
• Resend — sends the notification email to our team when someone gets in touch

How long we keep it

As long as your enquiry still needs following through, plus the period accounting and tax law requires for enquiries that became an actual sale. After that we delete it, and you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS. Messages sent through the form are stored in a database readable only by signed-in administrators of the CMS; they are not publicly accessible.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may ask us to:

• Tell you what data of yours we hold, and give you a copy
• Correct data that is wrong
• Delete your data
• Suspend our use of your data, or object to it
• Withdraw consent you previously gave
• Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe we have handled it wrongly

Making a request

Contact us through any channel on the contact page. We will act on it within 30 days of receiving it.

Changes to this policy

If we revise it we will update the date at the top of this page. This page always shows the current version.
